At EdFuel, we’re all about people. We are a national nonprofit that supports schools and education organizations in building strong, sustainable talent systems—designed to attract, develop, and retain exceptional staff. Through flexible partnerships—ranging from light-touch advising to in-depth, hands-on support—we help capacity-constrained teams create effective and mission-aligned people practices.
On the systems side, we collaborate with leaders to co-design tools and processes that support consistent, thoughtful, and people-centered talent management.
Our work spans the full talent lifecycle, with deep expertise in areas such as: competency mapping, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, professional development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, succession planning, and fostering healthy organizational culture.
