About EdFuel

At EdFuel, we’re all about people. We are a national nonprofit that empowers schools to effectively recruit, reward, and retain talented and diverse staff by helping capacity-constrained schools build comprehensive and equitable talent management systems through a range of low-, medium-, or high-touch engagements.

On the systematic side, we work with leaders to co-design the tools and processes that are needed to implement strong, equitable, and inclusive talent management systems.

Our work spans all aspects of the talent cycle, and we have extensive experience in the following areas: competency mapping, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, professional development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, succession planning, and holistic organizational culture.

About the EdFuel Talent Playbook

The Talent Playbook is an online, one-stop shop service for talent resources and tools, developed in collaboration with over 100 talent leads, that saves leaders time while positioning them to make strategic talent decisions.

The Talent Playbook was made possible with the generous support of:

Charter School Growth Fund

We also want to recognize two organizations that were part of the development of the first iteration of our Talent Playbook, which included the Talent Diagnostic:

Lastly, we want to recognize the more than 100 talent leads who gave their time and expertise to co-design, research, and beta testing the Talent Playbook. We couldn’t have done it without you!
